Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, as we can cancel your transfer within 24 hours.
If you entered the wrong account details, we will liaise with our service provider to locate your transfer. For transfers via SWIFT, we can request a manual intervention, a recall or a trace on your behalf. For this service, you will be charged a manual intervention fee of £10 each.
For local transfers, there is only an option of a recall of transfer in USD. We can only provide an official transfer confirmation or wait for the funds to be returned to us. The best thing to do would be to contact your bank.
